As
the hotel booking manager of a local soccer team, I have
used numerous different hotel chains when traveling to out
of town tournaments. The first hotel I always look
for in an area is Homewood Suites, as we have always had
excellent experiences, and I would highly recommend this
chain to any friends or other teams I come in contact with.
Fortunately, our team recently had the most pleasant experience
with one of your hotels. It's not easy keeping 18 families
happy, but I heard nothing but compliments from everyone
over the weekend. I hope that we can visit again next

hotel staff really helped make a difficult four weeks into
a winning situation for both myself and my CHCS group, and
I'd like to commend both their work and the Hilton Homewood
Suites for the help I've received. This staff is a credit
to your hotel chain and because of them I will definitely
seek out a Homewood Suites wherever I go (I will be deployed
to all 48 states in the next 6 to 10 months). They

Well
done! It has been a real pleasure staying in a hotel
that is this well managed. I have experienced superb
customer service and observed a team of people who seem
to care about each other and their guests. At the
end of the day, when there is a common purpose woven together
by teamwork, the result will always be happy guests and
